RYE—Colliers International has been retained by The ARC Companies as the exclusive leasing agent for its 180,000-square-foot, Class-A office building at 555 Theodore Fremd in Rye.

The three-story property, which The ARC Companies acquired at the end of 2014, features a recently renovated, full-service cafeteria, fitness center, and a lobby with a stunning glass sculpture. There is approximately 27,000 square feet of remaining space available in the building, with several tenants actively negotiating leases, Colliers stated.

Notable tenants at the building include: Dorf & Nelson LLP’s U.S. headquarters; Greenbriar Equity Group LLC; Mitsubishi Imaging, Inc.’s U.S. headquarters; Varta Batteries’ U.S. headquarters; and the Bank of Tokyo; among other financial, law, and professional services firms.

“This well-maintained property, with immediate access to both the Rye and Harrison Metro-North train stations on the New Haven line, continues to attract a diverse mix of users and is an ideal option particularly for professional services and Fortune 500 companies,” said Al Gutierrez, executive managing director at Colliers International, who along with Executive Managing Director Michael Gordon, Senior Managing Director Ian Ceppos and Director Stephanie Coleman exclusively represent the property’s leasing and advisory efforts on behalf of The ARC Companies.

Gutierrez added that the high-quality office product could accommodate tenants in spaces ranging from 1,000 to 14,000 square feet of contiguous, Class-A space.
