The new Doubletree by Hilton in Nanuet

NANUET—DoubleTree by Hilton debuted its newest New York offering on Aug. 27 with DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet, a modern 156-room hotel located near the Village of Nyack.

Previously a Comfort Inn and Suites, the hotel completed a multi-million dollar renovation that included a total redesign of the lobby, fully-updated guest rooms and revamped public areas. DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet is owned by Rockland Hospitality Associates, LLC and managed by Palisades Lodging Corporation.

“With beautifully-remodeled guest rooms, studio suites and king suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet will be a premier destination for travelers visiting this picturesque northeast town,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton. “We look forward to bringing our brand’s award-winning service and care-focused culture to guests at this exemplary hotel, starting with our signature warm chocolate chip cookie welcome.”

The four-story DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet showcases a sleek new design marked by spacious public areas, high-quality furnishings and granite and marble accents throughout the property. Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms, a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour fitness center featuring Precor equipment, indoor solarium-style pool with retractable roof, indoor hot tub and an outdoor sun deck. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the hotel from Monday through Friday.

DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet introduced a new restaurant, Windsor Grille Bar and Lounge. The hotel also features nearly 6,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Among the hotel’s event spaces are two meeting rooms and a grand ballroom that can be separated into four areas.

“In recent years, our beautiful city has been highlighted nationally among the best places to live, and it’s easy for anyone who visits Nanuet to see just why. A scenic backdrop that includes the Hudson River and sprawling Bear Mountain Range creates an ideal destination where guests can enjoy world-class restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities,” said Jeff Weinberger, general manager, DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet. “We look forward to carrying on DoubleTree by Hilton’s tradition of providing guests with a first-rate travel experience while they enjoy everything Nanuet has to offer.”
