Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation Awards $55,000 to 17 Charities, Non-Profits in Region

NEW ROCHELLE—More than 200 HGAR members, colleagues and friends attended The Annual Hudson Gateway Realtor Foundation Gala “Monte Carlo Night” on Sept. 15 at the Glen Island Harbour Club here.

At the event, foundation officials announced the award of $55,000 in donations to 17, 501 (c) (3) charities and non-profit organizations throughout the Hudson Valley.

Foundation Gala 2016“As Realtors, we are so pleased to be able to give back to the local communities where we make our living,” said Linda Crispinelli, president of the Hudson Gateway REALTOR® Foundation Board of Trustees. “Our goal is to continue to strengthen the foundations of these communities and offer support to those living there who may be in need.”

Crispinelli could not attend the Annual Gala event, however, other Foundation and HGAR officials were on hand, including former HGAR President Drew Kessler, who announced the individual Foundation awards.

Fountation Gala 2016 - GamblingThe Gala event theme, “Monte Carlo Night,” featured, in addition to live casino games, an open bar, cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, live music,” small plate stations, a coffee and dessert bar. Proceeds from the event will benefit local charities and non-profit organizations throughout the lower Hudson Valley. The net profit for the Gala was $ 30,982.
