Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty Voted Top Real Estate Agency in the Hudson Valley

NANUET—Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has announced it was awarded the Middletown Times Herald-Record’s Readers’ Choice Award for top real-estate agency in the Hudson Valley.

The voting process for the Readers’ Choice contest was conducted online and began in May, when readers started nominating their favorite companies within the Hudson Valley. It was an open nomination, so all nominations were written in by voters. The votes were tallied after round one, and the top five businesses per category were then available for voting during round two in June. When voting was over, the top three winners were published in the Readers’ Choice section of the publication.
