SCARSDALE– Portico Realty Group recently announced that Emi Cacace has been appointed vice president of the World Council of Brokers by the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).
As a member of the FIABCI, Cacace is equipped with the necessary training and experience to work successfully in international real estate and client relocation. Cacace, who is fluent in English and Spanish, also holds special designations such as TRC, CIPS, e-Pro, ABR, SRS, CBR, CDEI. She is a Certified Real Estate Instructor by the Department of State of New York.
Cacace serves the Westchester County and New York City markets.
On the global market, Cacace offer assistance to foreign buyers and sellers. She has connections with a vast network of international agents and real estate professionals around the world. Her approach in assisting those buyers and sellers overseas, by providing guidance and suggestions to make sure, at the end of the transaction, their real estate goals are met. She has background in Hospitality and Quality Management Systems and the desire to create a positive home buying or selling experience for each of her clients.
Cacace has served as a director of the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce, and supports many local community groups. Cacace currently serves as the co-chair for the Fair Housing and Cultural Diversity Committee. She is a member of the Global Council for the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors. Cacace is a faculty member at HGAR and Fordham University in New York City. She is a member of FIABCI, NAR, ICREA, HGAR, NAHREP, REBNY and AREAA.
