ERA Insite Realty Opens New Office in Connecticut

BETHEL, CT—ERA Insite Realty has expanded its brokerage operations to the State of Connecticut.

Broker/Owners and founders of ERA Insite Realty Lou and Debra Budetti reported recently the opening of the firm’s fifth office location and the company’s first in Connecticut, located in Bethel in Fairfield County.

Drew Slack, a 20-year industry veteran who has worked with ERA Insite Realty since 2000, was the impetus for opening the new location. Slack, a resident of Bethel, has been doing business successfully throughout Fairfield County, working from a home office, since his days working for Cartus in Danbury.

Almost as soon as the new space was secured, Joey Gonzalez left another local firm to join ERA Insite. Since then, other recruits have included licensed salespersons Gregory Girolamo and Anna Christou. ERA Insite Realty also has several agents dually licensed in NY and CT that now have an office in Connecticut where they can meet with clients as needed, the Budettis stated.

The new office located at 153 Greenwood Ave., in the heart of downtown Bethel, was previously a toy store. It has been updated and converted to a welcoming space with comfortable seating, modern technology, and an eye-catching window showcasing numerous properties the company is representing for sale or rent.

“We are very excited about this new space! It draws a lot of walk-in traffic because of its visible location and solidifies the presence we’ve created over the years doing business here. Drew and the rest of our Connecticut team now have even more opportunities to build on new and previously existing relationships where they can help more Connecticut home sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants accomplish their real estate goals,” stated Lou Budetti.

A grand opening celebration for the new Bethel, CT office is planned for early spring 2020.

ERA Insite Realty Services has been serving the CT market for more than 20 years, and has served the Westchester market for 34 years out of the same headquarters location at 600 North Broadway in White Plains. The firm operates additional offices in Bronxville, Pleasantville and Yonkers.
