Fresh & Co.’s New Store Brings Retail Space At Boyce Thompson Center to Full Occupancy

YONKERS—Executives with property owner Simone Development Companies joined with Yonkers City officials and executives from Fresh & Co. for a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Nov. 15 to celebrate the grand opening of the new health food chain’s location at the Boyce Thompson Center in Yonkers

Fresh & Co., which offers chef-inspired organic seasonal food, is occupying 2,160 square feet at the redeveloped 85,000-square-foot mixed-use center in Northwest Yonkers. This is the company’s first location outside of New York City where it has 18 locations. Founded in 2010, Fresh & Co. is a destination for people that want a healthy meal…fast. Fresh & Co. offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu options that include homemade items such as, salads, soups, sandwiches, and quinoa bowls.

“The grand opening of Fresh & Co. further enhances the excellent roster of top-quality tenants we offer at the Boyce Thompson Center. We’re particularly pleased that Fresh & Co. chose the Boyce Thompson Center for its first location in Westchester and the first outside of New York City,” said Joanna Simone, vice president of leasing and property management operations for Simone Development Companies, the owner and manager of the Boyce Thompson Center.

With the opening of Fresh & Co, the Boyce Thompson Center’s retail space is fully occupied. Other retail tenants at the center include Starbucks Coffee, ISO Japanese Restaurant, Fortina Restaurant, The Taco Project, Executive Wine & Spirits, Family Wellness Pharmacy, Tompkins Mahopac Bank, PLUSHBLOW Salon and Ultimate Spectacle.

The Boyce Thompson Center features a wide array of healthcare tenants including St. John’s Riverside Hospital, Westmed Medical Group, ColumbiaDoctors, Riverside Dental Health, Westchester Gastroenterology, Juvanni Med Spa, ENT & Allergy Associates, Metro Vein Centers and Motion PT Group.
