Garson Brothers Firm Breaks Ground On The Cove at Library Lane Project

MAMARONECK—Developers Brett and Tosh Garson surrounded by 40 friends, family and business associates hosted a groundbreaking ceremony for its newest luxury boutique project located at 145 Library Lane.

Congratulatory remarks were given by New York State Senator Shelley Mayer, and Lisa Urban representing New York State Assemblyman Steven Otis.

The Cove at Library Lane will be the home of nine apartments close to the historic Emelin Theater and Mamaroneck Public Library.

The property will also feature a more than 4,000-square foot rooftop deck with views of Mamaroneck Harbor, the Long Island Sound and Harbor Island Park.

Garson Brothers chose local general contractors, Murphy Brothers Contracting, as its project Construction Manager. The Cove at Library Lane is slated to be “rental-ready” by late 2019.
