Serendipity Labs to Open New Location in Downtown White Plains

WHITE PLAINS—Co-working firm Serendipity Labs continues to expand its suburban and secondary market offerings and has announced plans to open new locations at properties in White Plains and Buffalo, NY, in a suburb of Milwaukee and in Downtown Cincinnati.
The Rye-based company announced three new management contracts and a letter of intent in a fourth market.
Serendipity reports that Argent Ventures of New York City will open a 20,000-square-foot location on two floors at its Westchester One office tower (44 South Broadway) in Downtown White Plains in the second quarter of 2019.
Serendipity also states that Ciminelli Real Estate Corp. will open a 20,000-square-foot lab in Buffalo in late 2019. In the Wauwatosa suburb of Milwaukee County, HSA Commercial Real Estate of Chicago will open a 32,000-square-foot location at s 11220 W Burleigh Street, Suite 100, in the Mayfair Collection, a mixed-used development. The co-working space is set to open in the second quarter of 2019.
In addition, Serendipity Labs has a license agreement letter of intent for a location in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Serendipity did not divulge the size of the location planned or the location of the co-working space there.

Serendipity Labs has attracted more than $100 million from institutional investors and area development partners to expand its brand and network. The firm has 30 locations open and under construction, and more than 125 under development.
