Houlihan Lawrence Welcomes Shepherd, Vaccaro and Khader

Houlihan Lawrence recently welcomed three experienced agents Caroline Shepherd, Charles Vaccaro and Samira Khader to its Bedford/Pound Ridge, Armonk and Chappaqua brokerages.

Caroline Shepherd

Shepherd, who has rejoined the Bedford/Pound Ridge office, has more than 30 years real estate experience with Houlihan Lawrence. The Pound Ridge resident started her career in 1987 in the Somers office. Throughout her successful career, Shepherd has ranked in New York’s Top 10. She has also received the Westchester County Board of Realtors Diamond Award of Excellence. With more than 200 properties sold, she has received the Silver, Gold and Platinum awards in sales, and is also a winner of the Westchester Magazine Five Star Agent Award. Shepherd is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, Professional Standard and Grievance Committee, is the founder of Women’s Business Connect Networking Group among other organizations.

Charles Vaccaro

Vaccaro, who joined the Armonk office, brings a knowledge of home, landscape and masonry design to Houlihan Lawrence. After graduating from Manhattan College in 2002 with a double-major in finance and global business, he established Rolling Stone Masonry, Ltd. He began his career in the real estate industry in 2016.Vaccaro is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service. He is a White Plains resident.

Samira Khader

Khader, who joined the Chappaqua office, has been working in real estate for 35 years. After graduating Benghazi College of Libya with a Bachelor of Arts degree, she started her real estate career working for Hecht, Egan & Nash, where she was the top sales agent and a consistent multi-million-dollar winner. She went on to work for several agencies including Holmes & Kennedy, Prudential Holmes and Kennedy Real Estate and Douglas Elliman. Khader has been a resident of Chappaqua for more than 37 years.
