Isaac Gawartin & Robert Weaver Join the Rand Commercial Team

Rand Commercial has reported that Isaac Gawartin has joined its Rockland County team and will be based in the New City office. Gawartin, a seasoned real estate salesperson, has been in the real estate industry for the past seven years. Gawartin has an extensive knowledge of the Orange and Rockland County markets, as well as New York City and its five boroughs. Gawartin is a resident of Spring Valley.
He began his real estate career in 2012, specializing in residential real estate. He switched his focus to commercial real estate two years ago, where he concentrated on multi-family, land and industrial properties in New York City. Gawartin was previously a high school teacher and principal in Chicago from 1992-2011.
The commercial brokerage firm also announced that Robert Weaver has joined its White Plains team. Weaver has been in the real estate industry since 1976.
Weaver built an impressive reputation in real estate in New Hampshire before moving to New York in 2012. He previously ran his own agency there and served as the president of the Board of Realtors in New Hampshire, as well as served as the New Hampshire Economic Development Coordinator. In addition, he worked on the Town Development committee, the Industrial Development Authority and with the State of New Hampshire on economic development. He has received numerous accolades including being named Realtor of the Year.
