Maryann Tercasio of BHG Rand Realty Central Valley Achieves Status of Realtor Emeritus

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty reported that Maryann Tercasio, an associate broker for the company’s office in Central Valley, has achieved the status of Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors, an honor that’s given to agents who have worked in the industry for 40 years.
Tercasio has been a licensed Realtor in Orange County for more than 40 years. She’s a member of the National Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service. Tercasio was named Realtor of the Year in 2015 by HGAR and in 1996 by the Orange County Association of Realtors.
“Given how much I’ve come to know Maryann while working with her, I can’t think of anyone more deserving of this recognition,” said Renee Zurlo, Orange County regional manager for Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “She has helped a multitude of clients during her time as an agent, and her diligence and professionalism continue to inspire us all.” Zurlo is also the president of HGMLS.
