Realtor Jen DiCostanzo recently joined the Green Team Home Selling System, a full service real estate brokerage in the Village of Warwick.
DiCostanzo lives in Warwick with her husband, Richard, a 25-year veteran of the New York City Fire Department, and their two children. After graduating from high school, DiCostanzo attended Drake Business School and then worked as an administrative aide for the New York City Police Department. While working as a Realtor for another agency she organized “Light up Warwick,” a holiday light contest to help raise donations in support of the Warwick Valley Humane Society.
Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced recently that Tracy Isaacs, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with more than 12 years of experience selling luxury real estate in Westchester County, has joined the company and will be based at the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.
With a specialization in the sale of high-end properties, Isaacs has represented buyers and sellers for some of Westchester’s finest single-family homes and condominiums. One of her proudest accomplishments was in 2011, when she represented the buyer of American philanthropist and writer Brooke Astor’s country estate, known as “Holly Hill.”
Prior to her real estate career, she was a fashion industry professional, where she continually led her company to its highest grossing sales. She has worked with many of the major clothing manufacturers in New York.
Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty reported that Rene Wolfer and Patti Lipman, both top-producing Associate Real Estate Brokers of nearly 20 years each, have joined the company as an agent team and will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage.
Wolfer, a multiple award-winning real estate professional specializing in Westchester County real estate, has generated more than $100 million in sales throughout her many years of experience. Wolfer’s previous positions in relocation, construction lending and the banking industry have provided her with a unique perspective on the market to the benefit of both homebuyers and sellers.
Lipman is an award-winning real estate broker who has served homebuyers and sellers in lower Westchester County for more than 15 years. Prior to her real estate career, Lipman worked as a sales manager on Wall Street for a temporary agency, where she solicited new business, as well as served existing clients including major banks, law firms and brokerage firms.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County announced recently that Putnam Valley resident Patricia “Nancy” Warner re-affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Yorktown Heights. As an associate real estate broker, Warner will provide residential real estate services in Yorktown as well as the surrounding communities in Northern Westchester and Putnam counties.
Warner has extensive experience in residential real estate sales, serving the area for more than 25 years.

Houlihan Lawrence recently announced that Suzan Zeolla has joined the firm’s Briarcliff Manor office as Associate Real Estate Broker, and Yuexia Gorter and Whitney Okun have joined the firm’s Chappaqua and Rye offices, respectively, as real estate salespersons.
Zeolla, who will service the Briarcliff, Pleasantville, Chappaqua and Armonk areas, brings more than 17 years of experience to Houlihan Lawrence. Zeolla, who comes from Coldwell Banker, has consistently ranked among the top real estate professionals in the area, and has sold more than $160 million in real estate. She received numerous recognition and awards, including the International President’s Elite Award, was previously ranked as one of the Top 1,000 Coldwell Banker Agents in the country, Top 10 Coldwell Banker Agents in Westchester County, #1 Realtor in Briarcliff Manor, and named “Rookie of the Year” for Westchester County.
Originally from China, the North Salem resident owned two jewelry companies, Carang New Artware Company and Infinity Gemstone Company. Prior to working in the jewelry industry, she was a project manager for China Import & Export Corporation until moving to the United States in 1996.
Okun, who brings over eight years of real estate experience, will join Houlihan Lawrence’s Rye office. The Harrison resident served as vice president of marketing at Douglas Elliman in Manhattan, where she was responsible for overseeing the marketing and sales of luxury new residential condominium and conversion product in New York City, Brooklyn and Long Island City including Puck Penthouses, 36 Bleecker and 72 Poplar.
Hollingsworth Real Estate Group reported that Ruth Burney has joined the brokerage firm as a new agent in its White Plains office. She comes to Hollingsworth with 10 years experience in public service in a variety of capacities.
Burney has served as a Civil Servant for Westchester County and volunteers her service for voter registration and Election Day. She is an alumnus of the College of Westchester, SUNY Empire State College, and SUNY Westchester Community College, where she has earned a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, and Small Business/Entrepreneurship.
ERA Insite Realty Services has announced that David and Lynn Zachos have joined the firm’s White Plains office as licensed salespersons.
David and Lynn are an award-winning husband and wife real estate team practicing since 2007. Formerly of Paddington Stone and Rand Realty in White Plains, the Zachos team specializes in residential sales and rentals, relocation assistance, short sales, and luxury properties throughout Westchester County. David also holds a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation.
Prudential Centennial Realty announced recently that Lori Parks, a licensed real estate salesperson, has joined its growing team. Parks will work out of the company’s Scarsdale location.

China, Japan and Russia, as well as briefings and de-briefings with members of the U.S. Congress and U.S. Departments of State and Defense.
A native of Westchester County, the Scarsdale resident is a graduate of Edgemont High School, and holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies from Barnard College.
Prior to joining Prudential Centennial, she worked with relocation specialists and real estate agents to arrange for tours of the high school, recruiting and organizing student volunteers and following-up with agents and principals. Parks speaks French and conversational Mandarin.
