Keller Williams Realty Group recently announced the addition of five new agents to its Scarsdale office.
Stephen Klein is a top producer formerly with Coldwell Banker in Valhalla and has been a Realtor for 15 years, and a life-long Westchester resident. He has a degree in Civil Engineering, served honorably as an officer in the United States Air Force, and was a fine jewelry manufacturer and designer.
Erin Lee, a licensed real estate salesperson living in New York City, has joined the Keller Williams Realty Group in Scarsdale. The California native holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California in Public Policy and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from New York University where she was a Foreign Language Area Scholar and went on to serve as a fellow in upper extremity rehabilitation at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in Manhattan. As a real estate salesperson, she will provide residential real estate services throughout Lower Westchester and Bronx counties.
Jeffrey Barlow has enjoyed more than 20 years of sales, leasing and management success in residential and commercial real estate. Virginia Mangrum, a native Californian, was educated in the San Francisco Bay Area where she majored in the field of art. With more than 20 years marketing and sales experience, she recently relocated to New York City. Julie Alcée has also joined the brokerage firm’s Scarsdale office.
Warwick Realtor Kim Lasalandra recently joined the Green Team Home Selling System, a full service real estate brokerage at 7 Main St. in the Village of Warwick.
Having been licensed in both New York and New Jersey for the past 10 years, Lasalandra has an extensive background in the real estate industry. She is a member of The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, The Passaic County Board of Realtors, The Garden State Multiple Listing Services and the National Association of Realtors.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, she was actively involved in running her family business for more than 25 years. Her duties included but were not limited to bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, staff training and development, data management, inventory control and customer relations.
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty recently announced that Arlyne Ashkinos is the new manager of the company’s Thornwood office.
“I’m thankful and honored to be accepting this leadership role from Jo Falcone, who has been a wonderful figure within the Rand community and truly helped in bringing out the best in both this office and the company as a whole,” said Ashkinos.
Ashkinos has been in the real estate business since 1975, has worked in management and sales with Rand Realty since 1984, and is also the senior manager of the company.
“Although I’m going to miss working with such an excellent group of people, I know that my position is in the best of care with Arlyne,” said Falcone. “Her laudable and extensive background in real estate is perfect for this job, and I’m sure Arlyne will make all of us proud with what she can accomplish.”

Evelyn RodriguezBetter Homes and Gardens Rand Realty announced recently the addition of Evelyn Rodriguez to its office in Yonkers.
Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Lehman College and a background of more than 15 years as an accountant for several hedge funds in New York’s metropolitan area. Rodriguez will represent both buyers and sellers throughout Westchester County.
ERA Insite Realty announced recently that Sonia Tito has joined its Bronxville office located at 120 Kraft Ave. as a licensed real estate salesperson.
A former mortgage finance professional and housing specialist, Tito is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Suzanne van der Wilden has recently re-joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices River Towns Real Estate.
Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she spent nearly two decades living and working around the globe. It provided her an opportunity to enjoy her passion for engagement with people and exploring diverse cultures.
