Rand Commercial Services is expanding its team with the addition of hybrid agents Kerri Stretch and Ellen Barrett in Orange County and Margaret Connolly in Rockland County.
Stretch is a leading residential real estate agent with Rand Realty and is one of the highest-producing agents in the Hudson Valley and was the top listing agent in Orange County in 2007. Barrett is also a leading residential real estate agent with Rand Realty.
Connolly came to the United States 35 years ago from her home in County Mayo, Ireland and has been living in Rockland with her husband and son since 1981. Before joining Rand Realty, she was the top agent for 15 years at her former company. During her time at Rand Realty, she has been the number-one agent in the Pearl River office, and in 2012, she was the number-two agent in all of Rockland, company officials said.
Cathleen F. Smith, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County announced that Donna Riniti has been promoted to regional vice president of the company’s Westchester County region. In her new role, Riniti will oversee the 13 branch offices in Westchester County and Putnam County and will report directly to Smith.
Riniti most recently served as branch manager of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Yorktown Heights. Under her leadership, the Yorktown Heights office consistently ranked as the No. 1 office in Yorktown, Cortlandt and Peekskill for closed transactions, according to the Hudson Gateway MLS. She was also recognized with the prestigious President’s Council award, an award presented by Coldwell Banker’s parent company to sales office managers throughout the country who have demonstrated their exemplary leadership and management skills. Prior to leading Coldwell Banker’s Yorktown Heights office, Riniti served as branch manager of the company’s Bedford office.

With more than 30 years of experience in management, Riniti had a successful career in the retail industry before becoming a real estate professional. She was vice president of store operations for a large national retail company, where she was responsible for overseeing 43 stores in 17 states. In this role, she mentored and coached a team of 1,000 sales associates while also helping to increase their technical competency and efficiency. Prior to that, she was a district manager for another well-respected retail company overseeing 10 stores in the Houston metropolitan area.
Riniti earned a real estate license more than 10 years ago and began assisting homebuyers and sellers in Westport, CT. As a real estate agent, Riniti was recognized for her sales accomplishments and the service she delivered to her clients. She affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2007, where she was soon tapped to manage the company’s Bedford office.
Veteran mortgage professional Jennifer Maldonado has joined A.S.A.P. Mortgage, which is headquartered in Cortlandt Manor.
Maldonado, a licensed loan originator, has more than 19 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Her background has included originating, processing and underwriting of mortgage loans. A.S.A.P. Mortgage has offices in Cortland Manor and Yonkers.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage officials recently congratulated Michèle Flood for ranking as the company’s No. 1 real estate salesperson and associate broker in all of Westchester County.
As the No. 1 real estate professional, Flood, affiliated with Coldwell Banker’s Rye office, achieved the greatest sales volume among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s sales associates in Westchester County. Flood also earned the prestigious Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier Award, which is presented to the top 1% of approximately 87,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker network.

She serves homebuyers and sellers in Rye City, Rye Neck, Rye Brook, Harrison/Purchase, Larchmont, Scarsdale and Mamaroneck.
Newly licensed agent, Paulette Beldotti, has joined the Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty in Thornwood. Beldotti is part of a long-standing residential and commercial family-owned and operated business in Westchester. Although she first pursued a career in education it was inevitable that she enter into the real estate business, company officials said.
For the last 10 years she has managed the family’s residential and commercial income producing properties. She previously was a teacher in the New York City school system.
