R2M Realty, Inc Welcomes 6 New Agents to it's Brokerage

R2M Realty, Inc. based in Nyack recently announced the addition of six new members of its brokerage. The firm announced that NY licensed real estate salesperson, Margaret “Maggie” Brauer has joined the firm. The South Orangetown resident has entered the real estate field after many successfully years in the restaurant industry.

Kathleen and Andrew Finn also joined R2M Realty’s salesforce. They have lived in Rockland County for more than 30 years and have extensive knowledge of Rockland and the surrounding areas.

Cara Skala

Cara Skala is a lifelong Rockland County resident and has enjoyed a career in Education for the past 10 years. After selling her Stony Point home last fall with R2M Realty, she was bit by the real estate bug and decided to try her hand assisting buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Thomas Bicknell decided to obtain his real estate license after his fiancé, Cara Skala obtained hers. They decided they wanted to help people find their dream homes together. His career in the natural gas utility industry for the past 19 years shows as he has vast knowledge in gas appliances and piping. Bicknell's background also includes service as a firefighter for 22 years, as well as a soldier in the Army for 8 years, serving in Manhattan after 9/11 and then a tour in Iraq in 2003. He holds a BS in Organizational Leadership from Manhattan College, a certificate as a Registered Gas Distribution Professional from the Gas Technology Institute and is a certified PADI Assistant SCUBA Instructor.

The brokerage firm also reported that NJ/NY Licensed RE Salesperson, Christina Lardin can now add the title of Associate Broker to her resume. She has been a consistent top producer at R2M Realty, Inc. since obtaining her real estate license almost five years ago, marketing and selling both, commercial and residential real estate in both New York and New Jersey markets.
