WHITE PLAINS—Technology is exploding in commercial real estate. The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors’ Commercial Investment Division recently reviewed some of the tools to help commercial licensees in marketing their properties and doing property research.

The CID at its Nov. 29th meeting featured two products—biproxi and RPR. biproxi is a one-stop shop for commercial real estate sales and leasing. It includes a free commercial listing service, marketing platforms for sales and leasing, and a suite of customized marketing tools—all geared toward improving the transaction process for middle-market CRE brokers, buyers, sellers and tenants. biproxi also helps brokers find more buyers and sell properties faster.

RPR’s reports help agents and business owners match the best location with the most suitable target audience using demographic, psychographic and spending data information.

Webster Bank was the sponsor of the well-attended event held at the HGAR offices in White Plains.
