Howard Properties Represents Law Firm In New York and California Lease Deals

WHITE PLAINS—Howard E. Greenberg, SIOR, president of Howard Properties, Ltd., of White Plains, reported that his firm had represented Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan, LLP in lease expansions in Valhalla and Calabasas, CA.

In New York, KBR expanded its space at 200 Summit Lake Drive by 3,761 square feet to a total of 42, 013 square feet. Greenberg had represented KBR in its initial lease at the building in 2001, and subsequently negotiated five separate expansions for the rapidly growing law firm. The building is part of the 750,000-square-foot Summit at Westchester, owned by Reckson/S.L. Green.

In California, KBR expanded its office at 23975 Park Sorrento to a total of 8,722 square feet. Greenberg represented KBR when it established that office in 2007. He also represented them in the renewal of the lease in 2013 and negotiated the expansion in late 2014. The building is part of the Calabasas Park Centre, owned by Kilroy Realty Corp.

Kaufman Borgeest & Ryan LLP has six offices and more than 100 lawyers.
