BH&G Rand Realty Moves Main Office to Nanuet

NANUET—Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty announced on Jan. 27 that its home office has moved from 10 Schriever Lane in New City to 95 South Middletown Road in Nanuet.

“Our new headquarters brings together all of our real estate support teams, along with our affiliated mortgage, title, and insurance processing teams from Hudson United,” said Matthew Rand, managing partner of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty.

The location was chosen as the most central point in the company, with easy access to the New York State Thruway, Route 87/287, the Palisades Parkway, and the Garden State Parkway, and is on the site of The Shops at Nanuet, a new shopping, dining, and entertainment complex.

“The space also includes a state-of-the-art training center and meeting rooms,” said Rand. “With the new technology and space we have at our disposal, we couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the New Year.”
