Exit Realty Search Merges With Rand Realty

NEW YORK—Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has increased its footprint in the Bronx, the Nanuet-headquartered brokerage firm reports.
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty has merged with Exit Realty Search of the Bronx. With the merger, the firm, brings more than 60 agents to the Rand Realty network. The brokerage firm also reported recently its merger with a White Plains brokerage, furthering its expansion efforts in the Hudson Valley.
“Throughout my time in this industry, I can’t think of a better opportunity than the one that I’ve had in leading my wonderful team,” said Benny Diasparra, broker/owner of Exit Realty Search. “Our team has loved serving the Bronx real estate community and surrounding areas and will continue to provide the same excellent service.”
Prior to joining Rand Realty, Exit Realty Search serviced all areas of Westchester, Long Island, the Bronx, and Queens. The firm has assisted buyers, sellers, and investors with all forms of transactions, including residential leases, commercial transactions, short sales, and foreclosures.

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty also reported recently that AXRE, Corp. of White Plains had merged with their company.
Nikolas Stanovic opened AXRE, Corp. in July 2016. The brokerage served New York City, Westchester County, Putnam County, and from Greenwich to New Haven, CT. For the transition to Rand Realty, Stanovic brings his team of eight salespeople, who will be working out of Rand Realty’s branch in White Plains, while he will be working as the new manager of Rand’s branch in the Bronx.
Stanovic has been involved with real estate since 2007, finding success in managing residential and commercial properties throughout New York and Connecticut. He holds a broker’s license.
