Hatton Joins HGAR as Director Of Professional Development

WHITE PLAINS—The Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors announced recently that Theresa Hatton has been named to the new position of Director of Professional Development and Industry Relations.
HGAR Chief Executive Officer Richard Haggerty made the announcement of Hatton’s hire. Haggerty noted that Hatton, in addition to coordinating HGAR’s Education Department efforts, will also be involved in the association’s new Global Business Council and its Commercial and Investment Division.
“I’ve known Theresa for many years and I know that she will be a tremendous asset to the HGAR team,” Haggerty said.
Prior to joining HGAR, Hatton was the Association Executive for the Greenwich Association of Realtors for eight years, and prior to that she was the Association Executive for the Williamson County Association in Tennessee.
She holds the CAE (Certified Association Executive) and the RCE (REALTOR Association Certified Executive) designations, and has served on numerous state and national committees, including the NAR Finance Committee and chaired the NAR Leadership Academy Advisory Board.
