ALBANY—The New York State Association of Realtors has announced that the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtor’s Nancy Kennedy and Sari Kingsley of the Staten Island Board of Realtors were presented with the prestigious Lawrence B. Caldwell RPAC Service Award, the highest honor presented by the Realtors Political Action Committee of New York, during the NYSAR Mid-Winter Business Meetings in Albany earlier this month.

Kennedy, a full time real estate broker since 1985, is currently a broker associate with Houlihan Lawrence in Croton-on-Hudson. Kennedy has ranked consistently as the top agent in Westchester for total units sold. In addition, she has ranked in the top 100 of the REAL Trends/The Wall Street Journal “Top 1,000 Real Estate Professionals” nationwide for the past five consecutive years. Kennedy is active with the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, where she is a former president of the association (2012) and member of numerous local board committees. At the NYSAR level, Kennedy has served on many committees including RPAC Trustees, Legislative Steering, Professional Standards, MLS and on the Board of Directors.

Kennedy was inducted into the prestigious NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2016 ($25,000 lifetime) and prior to that was inducted into the RPAC of New York Hall of Fame ($15,000 lifetime) in 2015. She has been an RPAC Major Investor (more than $1,000 annually) for 11 years and has been a Platinum R Investor ($10,000 annually) since 2015. Her lifetime financial support of RPAC totals more than $41,000. Kennedy continues to lend her time, talents and resources to both her local board and NYSAR’s RPAC fundraising efforts. Her consistent leadership is a shining example for Realtor members across New York, NYSAR stated in its announcement.
