SOUTH NYACK—Ellis Sotheby International Realty reported on Feb. 12th that comedian, actress and TV personality Rosie O’Donnell recently sold her Hudson riverfront residence at 1 Gesner Ave. in South Nyack, NY for $5.1 million.

The listing agent was Hamid Moghadam of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty.

The main house at 1 Gesner Ave., which originally listed for $5.3 million, had served as O’Donnell’s primary residence. She also owns properties located at 1 Washington Ave., 2 Washington Ave., 4 Washington Ave. (sale pending) and 5 Washington Ave. in South Nyack, also on the market, the brokerage firm reported.
