Annette Triano joins McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty of Pelham

PELHAM – McClellan Sotheby’s International Realty of Pelham reported that Annette Triano has joined the firm as a licensed real estate salesperson.
Annette and her husband, Jim, moved to City Island, NY from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania, where she had been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1990 and a co-owner of a large construction firm. Her background in real estate and construction enables her to offer her clients a unique and broad perspective. She was initially attracted to McClellan Sotheby’s because of its ties to City Island through its representation of the new condo complex “On the Sound,” but she says she plans to expand her real estate career into the nearby towns and communities in Westchester, the company states in an announcement.
