Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties reports that Maria Fasciglione, Jared Wiener and Daniel Sarmiento have joined the firm’s Rye brokerage office.
Fasciglione graduated from Iona College with a degree in Marketing. However, an interest was formed at an early age in real estate, due to having a prominent Westchester homebuilder as her father. She has a broad knowledge of residential real estate in the Sound Shore markets and her expertise goes beyond working with buyers and sellers, but also in new construction homes.
Wiener comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties as an Associate Broker with more than 18 years of expertise in the real estate industry. He graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in English. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway, he designed and created a successful training program for hundreds of agents and oversaw exclusive rental and sales transactions from major management companies, whose portfolio includes 3,500 apartments throughout New York City. He is certified in Construction Project Management and specializes in serving clients in the Westchester area.
Sarmiento, prior to joining the company, started his career at Aviva Investors in the United Kingdom where he specialized in commercial property and investment funds across Europe while assisting international clients. He is fluent in Spanish and is ready to embark on his career in residential and commercial real estate.
