Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty Honors Top Agents at Awards Gala

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty recently honored its top agents and celebrated the company’s achievements at its Awards Gala. This year’s Gala also celebrated the 35th anniversary of Rand Realty, founded in 1984.
“This is the event that our top performers look forward to every year – with each year, bigger and more exciting than the year before,” said Matt Rand, CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. “It’s a wonderful way to celebrate each of our agents and to recognize the truly amazing accomplishments of our award winners in the world of residential real estate. We are proud to honor the best in the industry for their exceptional talent and skill, along with their tireless efforts, passion and enthusiasm and the outstanding service they give to all clients.”
More than 270 of the 1,200 agents in 28 offices were the recipients of the company’s prestigious awards. The Legend Award, the highest honor given to a Rand Realty agent, was awarded to two top producers in the White Plains office: Nick Wolff and Dan Luckner. This year’s Lifetime Award went to Roberta Bangs and Nancy Lombardo, both from the New City office. Yvonne Regan, Relocation Director in the Nanuet Corporate Office and Melissa Grillo, in the Goshen office, took home this year’s Spirit Award.
The top producing agents in their respective regions were also presented with awards, among others:
- Rockland County: Margo Bohlin, Top Producer; Terry May and Linda DeFillippo, Outstanding Accomplishment Award.
- Westchester County: Top Producers — Trudi Iglesias, Jeanne Beckley and Sherry Wiggs
- Orange County: Donna Gennaro, Top Producer; Marion Bruhns, Outstanding Accomplishment Award; Ann Hanson and Debbie Goldstein, Excellence in Sales Award.
- New Jersey: Attilio Adamo, Top Producer; Joseph Simone, Outstanding Accomplishment Award; Gene Lowe, Excellence in Sales Award.
- Rookie of the Year Award: Nicole Pontebbi (New City, Rockland Co.); James Hogan (Wayne, New Jersey); Jason Dillon (Central Valley, Orange Co); Kimona Hanson (White Plains, Westchester Co.) and Anna Hawley (Yorktown, Westchester Co.).
