Cascone & Young Join Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty Irvington

Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced recently that experienced real estate agents Judith Cascone and Gia Young have joined the firm and will be based in its Irvington brokerage office. With an extensive background in real estate, both agents bring a combined four decades of experience in Westchester County to their new affiliations.
Most recently, Cascone was a full-time agent at Douglas Elliman where she specialized in sales and rentals of residential and commercial properties throughout Westchester County. Cascone has been honored with numerous awards and was recognized as a “Five Star Realtor” by Westchester Magazine in 2012 and 2013. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in communications and also holds a degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan.
A lifelong resident of Westchester County, Young is also a seasoned agent with extensive knowledge of the Hudson River towns of Dobbs Ferry, Sleepy Hollow, Irvington, Ardsley and Hastings-on-Hudson among others. Prior to joining Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty, Young was a full-time agent with Coldwell Banker where she served her clients for 13-and-a-half years. Young resides in Dobbs Ferry with her husband and their three children.
