Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County has announced President Joe Valvano was named by Swanepoel T3 Sixty in its 2017-2018 top 200 most power people in residential real estate report.
Valvano was listed at number 114.
Prior to becoming president in 2016, Valvano served as the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Greenwich and Old Greenwich. A graduate of Fordham University, Valvano has been the past president of the board of directors of the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service and a former member of the board of directors of the Greenwich Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and New York Association of Realtors. He resides in Dobbs Ferry with his wife, Therese.
