Hudson United Mortgage recently welcomed Rocco DeMara to its White Plains branch as a senior loan originator and Anthony Nicholas to its Rockland and Northern New Jersey offices as a loan originator.

Rocco DeMara

DeMara entered the mortgage business in 1991 and has worked as a loan originator since then. In 1998, DeMara opened his own brokerage house, which had branches throughout Westchester County. He operated this company until 2008. With Hudson United, DeMara will serve the southern areas of Westchester and will lead his team as they work to expand those markets, company officials stated.

Anthony Nicholas

Nicholas has worked in the mortgage industry for more than 10 years in New City and Northern New Jersey. He specializes in 203K loans, which are given to buyers who wish to buy a damaged or older home and conduct repairs on it. He is licensed in New York and New Jersey, but is expanding his ability to service 203Ks throughout the tri-state area.

He plans on becoming a manager at Hudson’s new branch in Closter, NJ, which will be located at 277 Closter Dock Road. A grand-opening ceremony for the new branch is scheduled for Wednesday, June 20, at 4:30 p.m.
