Feinberg NYSCAR's 2017 Realtor of the Year

Anna Gibbs, CEO/Team Leader of Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United of Middletown, recently announced that the firm’s Commercial Director Jay Feinberg was named the 2017 Realtor of the Year by the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
The award was presented to Feinberg by 2016’s Realtor of the Year recipient Robert Strell at the NYSCAR Board of Governor’s meeting held at the Desmond Hotel in Albany recently. The award is given each year to recognize an outstanding active member of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors.
Feinberg has held the position of president for the Hudson Valley Chapter of NYSCAR since 2013.He joined Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United in January of 2017 and has worked to support and develop the firm’s Commercial Division.

A graduate of RIT, Feinberg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration Management. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty Hudson Valley United, Feinberg owned Fine Commercial Properties and has been a successful commercial broker for more than 20 years. Feinberg is currently a candidate for the prestigious CCIM designation.
