Green Team Marks 10th Anniversary

WARWICK— Geoff Green, principal broker and founder of the Green Team Home Selling System, reported that his firm is celebrating 10 years in business.

The Green Team Home Selling System, a full service real estate brokerage firm is headquartered at 7 Main St. in the Village of Warwick, which has grown to now have a roster of 27 licensed sales agents.

“One of our missions as a company,” said Green, “is to be a leader in the community. And we are very proud and humbled to say that we are now one of the top two real estate agencies in the extraordinary and charming Town of Warwick, New York.”

Green was just a youngster when his parents owned their own real estate company in Warwick and many of the agents he currently does business with have worked with his parents. When he opened the doors 10 years ago the local real estate market was flying higher then ever but less then four years later it sank to it’s lowest depths since the Great Depression, he stated.

“I give all of the credit to everyone around me including my staff, agents, clients, family, friends, etc. who have helped us not only keep our doors open, but maintain growth and forward thinking technological expertise in every single year since our opening,” Green said. “Because our success is tied so heavily to our local community I always feel compelled to give back. One of our missions as a company is to be a leader in the community.”

Just last year alone The Green Team donated funds to 26 local charities, youth groups and other philanthropic organizations. It also donated time and talent to countless others, the company stated.
