Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group Announces Formation of Klein/Lanza Sales Team

WHITE PLAINS—Houlihan Lawrence Commercial Group, a division of Houlihan Lawrence, Inc. of Rye, has announced the formation of the Klein/Lanza Sales Team to be based here.

The new group is led by real estate industry veteran Garry Klein, associate broker and regional sales manager with more than 25 years of experience, and Bryan Lanza, licensed salesperson and CIREC (Commercial Investment Real Estate Certified).

Klein and Lanza are joined by Alexander Cohen, who has worked with the pair over the past year prior to the formation of the team, Jennifer Hanlon and Sid Canchester.

Cohen is a native of Westchester County and earned his Communications Degree from The University of Maryland. His expert understanding of the county gives him a strong advantage working with potential business owners’ and investors, Houlihan Lawrence Commercial states.

Hanlon, also a native of Westchester County, holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University. She joins the team with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business landscape. Canchester, the most recent addition to the team, has previous experience in warehouse and industrial leasing for a large private owner/manager.

“The team approach allows each of us to focus on our core strengths and deliver a more responsive client experience,” said Klein. “As a team we see more property, meet more clients and get a much better picture of the entire marketplace,” Lanza added.
