Houlihan Lawrence Yonkers Welcomes 8 New Agents

Houlihan Lawrence has announced that eight new agents have joined the company’s Yonkers office.
Tammy “Teresa” Belmore is joining Houlihan Lawrence from Better Homes & Gardens /Rand Realty and Rand Commercial. A resident of Riverdale, Belmore is a certified home stager and certified home marketing specialist. She is involved in numerous real estate industry and community activities and is a member of the clergy as an Ordained Minister. Mark Emmerich is joining Houlihan Lawrence from Halstead Brooklyn after a long career in the hospitality industry managing restaurant kitchens and high-end events. A graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. Emmerich and his family moved to Yonkers in 2016. Antonietta “Toni” Gugliotta began her real estate career in 2004 after 30 years employed by IBM Corp. During her career in real estate she has won numerous sales awards. A resident of Yonkers, Gugliotta is involved in various community and church activities in Yonkers.
Also joining the brokerage firm was Joseph Mantle, a seasoned real estate professional who has been licensed for the past 15 years. He has a diverse background that includes serving on the business sales team of Apple and as a sales agent for Royal Caribbean. Mantle is a resident of Tuckahoe. Iyinimole “Yennie” Neal-Achigbu, who is a lifelong resident of Yonkers, previously worked for the Department of Education in New York City for six years teaching mathematics, literacy, social studies, and science to young adult students seeking their certificate of General Education Development. Roseann Paggiotta has more than 20 years of experience in real estate working for Century 21 Wolf, Century 21 Mancuso and Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty. A resident of Yonkers, Paggiotta is a former Director of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and serves as Treasurer of the New York State Women's Council of Realtors. Jefry Rojascuevas has joined Houlihan Lawrence from Silverson Realty of Scarsdale. A resident of Yonkers, his community activities include serving as a counselor with the Pathfinders youth organization. Richard Schweitzer was previously with Better Homes & Gardens Rand Realty based in the Rivertowns. The Yonkers resident also has real estate experience in Manhattan. Prior to his career in real estate, he specialized in event planning and computer engineering.
