J. Philip Real Estate recently welcomed two new agents and announced the hiring of its Briarcliff office manager.
Shaun Manning, from Cobleskill attended SUNY Oneonta where she earned a dual Bachelor degree. She then moved to New York City and worked on her Masters Degree at NYU before spending the bulk of her career in the financial sector, working as an analyst for 20 years.
Since joining J. Philip Real Estate she has busily filled the pipeline with accepted offers, a gorgeous upscale listing, and had a number of buyer clients have hired her who should be closing earlier in 2018, company officials stated.
Eric Lebenson has joined our family of professional achievers as an associate broker. He is a graduate of Briarcliff High School and Bucknell and lives in Briarcliff Manor with his high school sweetheart Dawn
Since entering real estate, he’s been involved with hundreds of transactions, managed offices, and been a team leader. He’s won seven consecutive Five-Star awards and has served multiple terms as an MLS director
The firm also reported that Gloria Hernandez has added the J. Philip Real Estate Briarcliff office to her existing managerial responsibilities. She is is already managing the firm’s Pelham operations. The latest assignment raises the number of agents that she oversees to nearly 50.
