Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty reports it has selected Jeffrey Halpern as the new director of its Rand Referrals division.
“I’m looking forward to helping the company reach new heights by increasing our number of agents, adding more sales, and most importantly, engaging the referral agents by the use of online and in-person training, contests, monthly updates to those agents, and meet-and-greets with our Rand Realty offices,” said Halpern.
The brokerage firm’s systems have been automated through the creation of a new website, in which referrals will be sent to Halpern and Rand Realty’s relocation department in order to match up clients with competent Realtors who are experts in the areas in which the clients are either buying or selling. With these new systems and Rand Realty’s relationship with Cartus, the agency can refer business around the world, the company stated in a press announcement.
