Jim Brady Joins Castle Lanterra Properties

Jim Brady has joined Suffern-based Castle Lanterra Properties as vice president of property management and operations, announced Elie Rieder, founder and CEO of the privately-held real estate company. Brady brings more than two decades of real estate management experience to his new role with CLP.

Prior to joining CLP, Brady had held numerous senior leadership positions for multifamily real estate firms across the country, including AvalonBay Communities, Lincoln Property Co., Trammell Crow Residential, and Summit Properties. He has been responsible for portfolios as large as 147 apartment communities, and up to 475 employees. Brady earned a Bachelor’s degree from John Carroll University and has extensive industry-specific continuing education credits.
