John Oliveira Named Executive Manager of sales for Douglas Elliman Real Estate Chappiaqua & Armonk Offices

Douglas Elliman Real Estate has announced that John Oliveira has been named executive manager of sales, leading the company’s Westchester offices in Chappaqua and Armonk. Oliveira will be reporting to Scott Elwell, Douglas Elliman’s newly-appointed senior executive regional manager of sales for Westchester and Connecticut.

Born and raised in Yorktown Heights, Oliveira has spent 13 years, his entire professional career, in the real estate industry. Oliveira, 31, has been an award-winning top producer at Douglas Elliman, working with buyers and sellers throughout Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess counties and the greater Hudson Valley area. Oliveira has built and led a team of seven agents with great success, company officials stated. Oliveira has owned multifamily investment properties since the age of 19. He bought his first house in 2005, balancing an academic schedule with his burgeoning real estate business. Oliveira has a degree in Business Administration from Pace University.

He joins Douglas Elliman’s executive sales managers Louise Colonna (Scarsdale) and Michael Fitzgibbon (Bedford and Katonah) in leading the firm’s five Westchester offices, as well as Robin Friedman, Douglas Elliman’s regional director of sales for Westchester and Connecticut.
