Jonathan Rouis Appointed to Orange Bank & Trust Company BOD

The Board of Directors and CEO Michael Gilfeather of Orange Bank & Trust Company reported recently the appointment of Jonathan Rouis to the bank’s Board of Directors effective February 16, 2018.
“The bank will benefit greatly from Jonathan’s fresh insight and perspective and we are thrilled to have him join our board of directors,” said Lou Heimbach, chairman of the board. “His exceptional leadership and business experience will be a tremendous asset in helping us successfully compete and grow the bank.”
Rouis a partner at RBT CPAs, LLP in Wurtsboro where he focuses on corporate accounts across the region and New York-metro area. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University. Rouis formally served as District Four Legislator and Chairman of the Sullivan County Legislature. He remains very active in the community as Past President of the Mamakating Rotary, past member of the Advisory Board of The Community Bank of Sullivan County; member of the New York State Association of Certified Public Accountants and he currently serves as the Chairman of the Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation Board of Trustees and Board of Trustees member of the Greater Hudson Valley Health System.
