Long-time Hudson Valley resident and veteran real estate professional Katherine Jennings has been appointed the new manager of Houlihan Lawrence’s Millbrook office. She will oversee a team of 35 agents who cover Dutchess, Columbia, Ulster and Greene counties in New York and Litchfield County, CT.

Since 2011, Jennings, who lives on a horse farm in Ghent, NY, has been managing Houlihan Lawrence’s expansion into Columbia County, especially the luxury home market. “We now have six agents working full time in the county,” Jennings said.

Jennings takes over from Robert Morini, the longtime and much admired manager of the Millbrook office who passed away in September. “Bob was really beloved, an incredible mentor for everybody who came in touch with him,” she said. “I want to continue his legacy of integrity, good humor and honesty.”
