Patricia E. Palumbo, a real estate salesperson with the Somers brokerage of Houlihan Lawrence, has been named president of the Women’s Council of Realtors Empire Westchester Business Resource Network. In this role, Palumbo will lead fellow members in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Orange counties, as well as some areas of the Bronx. The installation took place on Nov. 19 at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.
“It’s truly an honor to be installed as president of the Empire Westchester Business Resource Network of WCR and serve the community that myself and others have achieved great professional success working within,” said Palumbo. “I am extremely grateful to the members that nominated me for this position, and I’m incredibly proud to lead this collaborative organization of exceptionally talented and hardworking professionals.”
Palumbo has been in real estate since 2009, earning her license and immediately joining the WCR. She began volunteering at various events, which led to her being slated into her first officer position as secretary.
