Paul J. Pallett Joins Greiner-Maltz Rye Brook

Ayall Schanzer, principal at Greiner-Maltz Realty Advisors, reported recently that Paul J. Pallett has joined Greiner-Maltz’s Westchester team based in Rye Brook as the firm’s newest associate broker. Pallett, a Pelham Manor resident, has more than 34 years of successful real estate experience with a gross amount of leases and sales totaling approximately $200 million since 1980.

He is well-known throughout Westchester, Rockland, and the Bronx. After attending SUNY Farmingdale on Long Island, Pallett completed a three-year enlistment in the U.S. Army, returning home in 1969. Immediately thereafter, he became the owner of a Westchester County distributorship for the Coca Cola Bottling Company of New York, based in Elmsford and Atlanta.

In 1980, that business was sold and Pallett became a commercial real estate associate broker with Summit Realty Corporation. For the last 28 years, Pallett has worked for three prominent commercial real estate companies— Friedland Realty of Yonkers, Benson Commercial Realty of Tarrytown and Tammerlain Realty of the Bronx. In the last 28 months alone, he has leased and/or sold more than 300,000-square-feet of industrial space throughout Lower Westchester and the Bronx.

Greiner-Maltz’s Rye Brook office is located at 800 Westchester Ave. The firm’s three other offices are located in Plainview, Long Island; Long Island City, Queens; and Moonachie, NJ.
