Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Jennifer Baldinger, Agnes Seminara-Holzberg and Lori Calamari have joined the firm.

Baldinger, a top producing Westchester County real estate agent for more than 10 years, will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage. The Scarsdale resident specializes in selling residential homes in Scarsdale and its surrounding Westchester communities. She has consistently been a top producing agent with more than $150 million in home sales to date.

Prior to her real estate career, Baldinger was involved in communications, where she served as a Senior Account Executive, managing several financial accounts in advertising. She then moved on to be the Director of Sales and Marketing for a digital marketing company in Manhattan, where she was responsible for all aspects of managing the accounts for a variety of Fortune 500 companies.
Seminara-Holzberg is a licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, specializing in buying and selling homes, condos, townhouses and co-ops throughout Westchester County. The resident of Eastchester is a member of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Seminara-Holzberg was a New York State-certified public accountant with a B.S. in accounting from State University at Albany and a master’s degree in education from Pace University.

alamari, a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, will be based in the firm’s Scarsdale brokerage. Having represented both buyers and sellers in the lower Westchester County area since 2004, Calamari was awarded the honor of Rookie of the Year for her success in home sales and overall professional growth as a real estate sales associate.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Calamari, a resident of the Edgewood section of Scarsdale, was a credit officer with a major Wall Street firm, where she was responsible for making business recommendations based on the financial condition and stability of large financial corporations. In addition, Calamari has a mortgage banking background.

Mount Hope resident and Realtor Janet Sutherland recently joined the Green Team Home Selling System real estate brokerage in the Village of Warwick.
Sutherland, a former Warwick resident, graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She went on to earn a Masters of Social Work at Tulane University in New Orleans.
Sutherland later devoted much of her time to raising her children but she has also been substitute teaching for the past five years and currently serves as a Councilwoman in The Town of Mount Hope.

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty recently announced that Donald Dwyer has joined the firm as the new manager of its sales office in Yorktown.
Dwyer comes to Rand Realty with plenty of managerial experience. In the past, he was the director of the EF International Language School in Tarrytown for three years. When Dwyer started, the school had 165 students enrolled. By the time he left, the number of students rose to 600. Being an integral part to the school’s success, Dwyer now plans on bringing those managerial skills to Rand, company officials said.

Prudential Centennial Realty reported that Sonia Tito has joined its Scarsdale office as a licensed real estate salesperson.
A former mortgage finance professional and housing specialist, Tito specializes in the diverse and unique neighborhoods of Southern Westchester County. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Prudential Centennial Realty, she was most recently a Housing Locator for the Nassau County Office of Housing and Intergovernmental Affairs where she worked with landlords to provide housing opportunities for dozens of clients. She also worked as a Loan Officer for Ideal Mortgage Bankers on Long Island. Tito is a member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty recently welcomed Barbara O’Connell to its sales office in Yonkers.

O’Connell has been a full-time agent for 13 years and comes to the company from Margot Bennett, Inc. of Yonkers. She specializes in Yonkers, Bronxville, Scarsdale, the Rivertowns, and the surrounding areas.
Before transitioning to real estate, O’Connell worked for 15 years as a video producer in Manhattan, where she produced commercials for Coca-Cola and Tide, as well as Stevie Wonder videos and industrial films for AT&T.
