Rand Commercial Expands It's Team with Quinde, Diaz & Dermigny

Rand Commercial reported recently that it has expanded its team with the addition of three hybrid agents—Diego Jalca Quinde, Julian Diaz and Susanne Dermigny.

The three new additions have been added to a unique team of hybrid agents that serve both the commercial real estate industry through Rand Commercial and the residential markets through Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty.

Quinde currently works as a real estate associate broker in the Warwick office of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty and has worked in the industry since April 2006.  He started out by finding considerable success with properties in New York City.

Julian Diaz
Julian Diaz

Diaz has worked as a real estate salesperson for three years at the White Plains office of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty where he started with rental properties. He has become a top agent in Westchester County for rentals, the brokerage reported. He earned a degree in economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Susanne Dermigny
Susanne Dermigny

Dermigny has worked in the industry for more than 14 years and is a real estate associate broker in the Goshen office of Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty. She is a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago, where she received a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Communications. During her time as a Realtor, she has become a Certified Buyer Representative, a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Certified International Property Specialist, and has expertise with foreclosures and short sales. Additionally, she also specializes in physician and corporate relocation.
