Stahl & Bingman Join Douglas Elliman Scarsdale

Cord Stahl and William Bingman have recently joined Douglas Elliman’s Scarsdale office.
Stahl, a 16-year real estate veteran, was formerly with Houlihan Lawrence.
A top-producing Manhattan real estate agent, Stahl has earned many industry awards since entering the field in 2002. Based out of the Upper West Side office at Douglas Elliman, Stahl and his team are experts throughout Manhattan from Tribeca to the Upper East Side. The team has expanded into the Westchester market and is now also based out of the Scarsdale office, Douglas Elliman states.
He is a resident of Scarsdale and is a graduate of Connecticut’s Westminster Preparatory School and has a finance and business degree from The University at Buffalo. An avid real estate investor, he has also served as an adviser for several Manhattan co-op boards.
Bingman is a new agent and spent 11 years as a stage carpenter at the Metropolitan Opera House. Raised in Mount Vernon, he currently resides in Yonkers with his wife and young son.
