Weichert, Realtors Announce Regional Award Winners for November.

Nicholas Germak, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, recently announced regional award winners for the month of November.

Lance Pahucki, a sales associate with the brokerage’s Fishkill office, was individually recognized for his outstanding performance for the month of November. As a top producer, Pahucki led his Weichert region, which is comprised of locations throughout Orange, Dutchess, Westchester and Rockland counties in New York and Fairfield County in Connecticut, for resale revenue units.

The Monroe office was recognized for outstanding industry performance in November. The office led its Weichert sales region for resale listings, resales and resale revenue units. In addition, sales associate Joseph Trifono was individually recognized for his success. As a top producer, Trifono led the region for resales throughout the month.

In addition, the Suffern office led its Weichert sales region for new home dollar volume. Sales associates Meryl Bernstein and Michal Jacobi of the Suffern office were individually recognized for their success throughout the month. Bernstein was the top associate in the sales region for new home dollar volume and Jacobi led for resale dollar volume.

Weichert also recognized its Larchmont office, which led the region in resale dollar volume. Sales associate Geubert Oliveira was individually recognized for leading the region for resale listings.
