PLEASANTVILLE—Founders and co-owners of ERA Insite Realty Services—Lou and Debra Budetti—announced recently the grand opening of their firm’s new Pleasantville office at 370 Manville Road here.
ERA Insite has been headquartered in White Plains since 1985, with additional offices in Bronxville and Thornwood. With the recent merger of the former Century 21 Haviland with ERA Insite, the company acquired Haviland’s office space at 370 Manville Road, next to the Jacob Burns Theater. The office has been completely renovated and the brokerage firm celebrated a grand opening for its agents and staff on February 14th, with another grand opening event planned for the local community in the spring, company officials stated.
Century 21 Haviland was also a family-owned residential real estate business, which served Westchester for 40 years from its Pleasantville location as well as an Ossining office that operated for more than 20 years. Both firms have a similar company culture, and shared the same corporate franchise parent company, Realogy. In addition to principal broker Vincent D’Addato, approximately 30 real estate licensees made the move over to ERA Insite Realty.
“This is a great opportunity for us to strengthen our footprint in the Pleasantville and Mount Pleasant markets, as well as surrounding communities. We have been privileged to gain the trust and business of so many home buyers and sellers in the Mount Pleasant area over the years, so this expansion allows us to capitalize on the strengths of our agents and their market expertise,” said Lou Budetti.
The firm will be offering complimentary home valuations to any homeowner in the community, as well as other incentives to home buyers and sellers as part of its Pleasantville office grand opening.
