Microsoft Editor is a tool that can help you improve your writing. Fortunately, if you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, you already have access to the premium edition of this useful tool. If you are not yet familiar with Microsoft Editor, the following descriptive snippets were taken from the tool’s home page…
“Get intelligent writing assistance: Write with confidence across documents, e-mail, and the web. With features that help strengthen your spelling, grammar, and style, let Microsoft Editor be your intelligent writing assistant.”
“Grammar and spell-check: Microsoft Editor helps you to find and fix misspellings and grammar, capitalization, and punctuation errors.”

Improve Your Writing with QuillBot.com
QuillBot is an interesting service that can help you to write better. The following text comes from the service’s website…

Your words matter and our paraphrasing tool is designed to ensure you use the right ones. With two free modes and five premium modes to choose from, QuillBot’s paraphraser can rephrase any text in a variety of ways, guaranteeing you find the perfect language, tone, and style for any occasion. To learn more about the QuillBot, I would encourage you to visit and explore the service’s “Help Center” by visiting the following webpage…https://help.quillbot.com
I recently discovered QuillBot, and I can report that when I had the service analyze the text of last month’s Real Estate In-Depth’s “Technology” column, it successfully identified some places and ways where things could have been reworded for better clarity, easier reading, and/or conciseness.
I would encourage you to try QuillBot to see if it may be able to identify and improve some things you have written (boilerplate text, website content, form letters, email templates, etc.). Unless you are a strong writer, there is a good chance that QuillBot will identify some areas where your writing could be improved.
An Online Notepad App can Come in Handy
While using your computer, you may periodically find yourself wanting, or needing, to quickly write something down. To prepare for these situations, try loading an online notepad app in a new browser tab. Fortunately, there are numerous online notepad apps that you can evaluate and use. If you visit your favorite Internet search engine and do a search for “free online notepad,” the search results will identify some options that you can consider. The online notepad app that I am currently using for this purpose can be found here…www.onlinenotepad.org.
TikTok Tips for Real Estate Agents
If you are a Realtor and have not yet jumped on the TikTok bandwagon, it may be because you are not sure how the service can be used for real estate-related purposes. If that is the case, an agentimage.com blog post titled “TikTok 101: A Beginner’s Guide for Real Estate Agents” may interest you. The article offers tips and information that should result in you gaining a better understanding of how TikTok can be used for real estate-related purposes. Multipoint Bluetooth Earphones/Headsets
When shopping for wireless earphones/headsets, a feature you should keep in mind is “Multipoint Bluetooth.” Multipoint Bluetooth enables earphones/headsets to wirelessly connect to two devices simultaneously. For example, you could listen to streaming audio/video that is playing on your computer, and then if/when a call comes in on your phone, your headset can temporarily cut the sound from your computer and activate the sound from your phone. Then, when the call disconnects, the streaming audio/video can automatically resume.
If you want to learn more about Multipoint Bluetooth, a reviewgeek.com article titled “What Is Multipoint Bluetooth, and How Does It Work?” is worth a quick review. Here is a link to the article…www.tinyurl.com/yb7hb6z3

Are you concerned about the possibility of someone, or something hacking into your device(s) and gaining access to its camera? If so, you may want to consider adding a “privacy cover” to your device(s).
